Portfolio and demonstration work

Selected work includes live websites, live products, and demonstration pieces. Demos are labelled as such and are not claims that we operate those businesses. We do not publish fabricated testimonials or performance metrics. Project terms, fees and deliverables are defined in a separate agreement.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the site design, copy, branding, visuals, source materials, and other content on this website belong to CATALYSTor are used with permission. You may not copy, republish, sell, or reuse them beyond normal browsing and sharing without prior written consent.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites, products or services. Those destinations are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

Client services

Any project, audit, design, development, security, or consulting work provided by Catalyst is governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, invoice, or client agreement. If there is any conflict between this page and a signed client agreement, the client agreement controls.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the studio’s operating jurisdiction, unless a separate client agreement states otherwise.
